3 - Day Refund Policy
At G.design, we prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. That's why we offer a customer-friendly 3-day refund policy on all our Contracts.
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free refund process, we kindly ask you to take note of the following eligibility criteria:
- Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) days of the original purchase.
- In addition, to qualify for a refund, usage should remain within the following limits during this period: 1) For AI Presentation, no more than three (3) PPTs have been generated.
2) For AI Image, no more than three (3) images have been generated.
Please be aware of the following additional details:
- Refunds are not automatically processed. If you wish to opt out of our services and request a refund, please reach out to us within three days of account termination.
- By default, account cancellations are scheduled to take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
- We regret that we cannot offer refunds for any usage that falls outside of our 3-day refund policy. It is essential to communicate your refund request within this timeframe.
- Please note that refunds are not available if you have utilized your account within the same calendar month as your refund request unless it falls within the 3-day money-back guarantee period. To avoid any future subscription charges, we strongly recommend canceling your account promptly.
- Please note that refunds only apply to your current subscription. We do not provide refunds for previous months' charges or any additional costs incurred on your account.
Our support team aims to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days at most. We'll do our best to address your situation promptly and fairly. Your patience during the process is greatly appreciated.
